CUTTING to manufacture sponges to any required size.
DIE CUTTING for specialized shapes or designs.
SEWING to attach bias liners and/or cloth to foam.
LAMINATING to seal two types of materials together.
BUFFING/MILLING to form channels into pre-cut material for specific uses and shape smooth edges.
HEAT SEALING to adhere the edges in order to enclose and form.
PACKAGING to present the product in a marketable package for private labels or with our brand name.

Apart form our regular Economy Line and Premium Line we make private label for many customers and manufacture customized items to suit our client needs.
Our array of customers includes Wholesalers, Retailer Supermarkets and Grocery Stores, As seen on TV Vendors, Promotions and Catalogues.
